Spanish is commonly spoken across the country. Quechua, the language of the Incas, is spoken in the mountain. Aymara is mainly spoken in the communities of Puno. In the jungle, different dialects are spoken. Peruvian Spanish has a low accent and is easy to understand, which is ideal for the learning of this language. Our programmes include Spanish courses in Lima and Cusco.

1. 24 hours line:

2. 24-Hour Response: Every request will be answered in 24 hours as long as the request is received during our office hours. You will receive a detailed Status of your bookings indicating: Dates, Hotels, Type of Room, Trains and Flight Information.
3. Proforma – Invoice: Additionally to the Status of your bookings, you will receive a Proforma-Invoice or Payment Form, indicating the date of payment.
4. How to reconfirm services:
GROUPS:
90 days prior to arrival we need to have the final rooming list. 70 days prior to arrival or at the time the reservation is made we reconfirm all the services. Preliminary Rooming List is a requirement.
FIT :
We reconfirm 40 days prior to arrival or at the time the reservation is made, depending on the type of service. Preliminary Rooming List is a requirement.
5. When and Where make a payment:
IMPORTANT NOTE:
Your company must use the Itinerary Reference Code indicated on the Proforma-Invoice, to identify your passenger’s details.
GROUPS:
65 days prior to the arrival or at the time the reservation is made 100% Total Payment. We will advise policy payment of certain hotel requesting full payment at the time of booking.
FIT :
35 days prior to arrival or at the time the reservation is made 100% Total Payment. We will advise policy payment of certain hotel requesting full payment at the time of booking.

6 . Cancellation charges:
GROUPS:
More than 70 days prior to the arrival, no cancellation fee will be charged.
69 - 00 days prior 100% will be charged.
FIT :
More than 40 days prior to arrival, no cancellation fee will be charged. 39 - 16 days prior arrival 75% of the total payment will be charged. 15 - 00 days prior arrival 100% of the total payment will be charged.

7. Inca Trek: Special terms and conditions There is a limit of walker who can enter to the Inca Trail each day and a special permit is required RED or SHM.
The organisation (UGM) requires full payment in order to guarantee your entrance at the time of booking.
This ticket is personal and non transferable.
The reimbursement of payment is not possible under any circumstance.
Dates can be postponed with eight days notice and additional payment of 20% is required.
You need to reconfirm your bookings and send the total payment as soon as we have confirmed the special permit RED or SHM. We do not recommend the Inca Trail during the rainy season (Dec/Mar) and the Inca Trail is closed during the entire month of February.
No allowances or refunds will be made for lost or unused tickets or hotel coupons.
08. Cancellation by you:
We will make our best effort to assist you if you wish to change your arrangements after have reconfirmed all the services or during your holidays. All the new services requested will be charged to you and we will not refund the unused cost of the services or accommodation. If you decide to make more than 3 last minute changes, we will charge an administrative fee. If during the course of the trip, you decide for any reason to cancel the whole trip or to realize an altogether change of route, no refunds will be given for the unused services.
9. The tour price does not include: National and international airport taxes; travel excess luggage; personal services, gratuities, porterage, laundry; drinks; meals except when specified; incidental expenses including all communication charges incurred on passenger's behalf.
VERY IMPORTANT INFORMATION Unexpected Increase In the event of the fluctuation in charges such as exchange rates, airfares, taxes and other land arrangement costs, the total cost of the tour may be increased without notice. The passenger agrees to pay any such increase before departure from the country.
Published Rates Our rates in Peru are quoted in American Dollars and maintained during the whole year, however they are subject to changes anytime for circumstances that are out of our control. Free Rooms for Groups Depending on hotel policy and dates requested with respect to groups, normally with 15 paying paxes, 1 single room is given free.
Reservation for holidays and events Please note published rates are not applicable for Christmas, New Years Eve, January 1st, Holy Week, May 1st, Jun 29th, July 28th and 29th, August 30th, November 1st, December 8th, Incentive Itineraries, Conferences and Events. We will send you the corresponding prices when requested. NOTE THAT PRICES ARE subject to changes for circumstances that are out of our control.

Its role is to coordinate services provided by airlines, hotels, operators, cruise companies and/or other independent sign. Tucano Reps. Perú Latin Trails reserves the right to modify or cancel part of the itinerary only when deemed necessary and with the objective to provide best conditions and security to the passenger. Tucano Reps. Perú Latin Trails also gives notice that all tickets and coupons issued for the arrangement of transportation, hotel accommodation and other, is made upon the express condition that Tucano acts only as mediator, with the legal condition. During the exercise of its functions Tucano Reps. Perú LatinTrails is not responsible for any circumstance beyond the Company’s control, as force majeure, injury, sickness, damage, loss, additional expenses, accidental delay, war, civil strike, terrorist activity, technical problems with transport or equipments, natural disaster, either through wilful or negligence acts or omissions on the part of companies or individuals providing services or engaged in airport or other irregularities which may be caused.
